Our kitchen uses regional, fresh and organic products in a creative, innovative and varied way to prepare exciting and healthy creations. Since it is very important to us to use only natural and organic ingredients in our restaurant, we pay strict attention to the origin and cultivation of the products used. That is why meat, vegetables and fruit come from small local farmers – after all, we only want to spoil you with the best.

Every week is dedicated to a different product... depending on what our garden and nature have to offer.

Traditional dishes are presented in a new, imaginative way and adapted to the requirements of a healthy diet. On request, we will prepare delicious vegan or vegetarian dishes, dishes for people with coeliac disease, lactose intolerance and diabetes. Treat yourself!
