General conditions

The listed prices are per person and night for the stay in the double room including half board and a minimum stay of three nights.

On the day of arrival the room is available from 1 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 am.

Deposit: After your written reservation a deposit of 25,00 Euro per person and day will be charged. You will receive more detailed information with your booking.

Surcharge:
Single room surcharge: € 10,00 per day. 

Single room surcharge in double room: € 25,00 per day.    

Additional beds: Children and adults staying in the 3rd or 4th bed in a double room will get a 20% discount.

Children up to 3 years: € 15 per day, excluding August.

Diet kitchen: We ask an extra charge of € 10,00 for special menus in half board like gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian, vegan,...

Tourist tax: € 1,80 per adult and day, not included in the price of the room (not applied to children up to 14 years of age).

Methods of payment
We accept cash, cheques, ATM cards, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). We don’t accept American Express and Diners Club.

Pets
We kindly ask you to understand that we don’t accept pets.

Smoking: is totally forbidden in the whole Hotel.

WLAN: free

Parking: Open parking space: free, covered parking space: € 5,00 per night and closed garage: € 8,00 per night per car.

Cancellation policy:
Up to 7 days prior to arrival: For booking cancellations up to 7 days prior to your arrival we charge € 25,00 per person and booked day. From 7 days prior to your arrival we have to charge the full amount of your booked stay (according to Italian law). For non-arrival without cancellation or for early departure we have to charge the whole amount of the booked stay as well.

We recommend our guests to purchase travel insurance.
