The delicious scent of freshly baked croissants is in the air, the freshly brewed coffee is on the table and a rich buffet is waiting for you. A perfect day starts with a rich and healthy breakfast. The buffet offers regional, biological products, prepared by our chef or comes directly from the farms or small businesses of the area. You will be delighted by the homemade yoghurt, prepared by our chef Franz Josef Strobl, the jams from Alpe Pragas, a small local jam producer from Braies, whose priorities are strictly biological products. On request we are pleased to serve you boiled eggs from the farm nearby or fresh gooseberry juice from the berries of our garden. After all these delights you are ready to start a wonderful day in the Dolomites!
